Finite Element Analysis
I am a PhD student at the University of Michigan working in the Multidisciplinary Design Optimization Laboratory (MDOLab). My studies involve gradient-based aerostructural design optimization of transonic transport aircraft. In particular my work focuses on enabling designs of very flexible wing aircraft through the use of novel tow-steered composites.
